In-house innovation: Mattparts welcomes new CNC sealing machine!

At Mattparts, we continuously invest in our production capacity. To safeguard that capacity, we recently expanded our warehouse with an advanced CNC sealing machine, which now enables us to not only supply our standard range of seals, but to manufacture customized seals entirely in-house.

How does it work?

Our machine operates as a highly accurate digital cutter: we enter the desired shape, dimensions, and thickness of the seal, which the CNC sealer then cuts out quickly and precisely. Complex shapes don't pose a challenge, and each seal perfectly matches the specified requirements. This enables us to deliver consistent quality, time after time.
