O-RINGS
O-rings are the most economical and versatile sealing elements. Thanks to their simple design, they are used in many industrial applications, both static and dynamic. They provide a good seal and are particularly suitable for applications where space is limited. We offer various grades for different applications, both hydraulic and pneumatic. You can order O-rings from us in materials such as rubber, Viton, silicone, EPDM, PU, etc.

Back-up rings
These are stiff, thin rings that hold an elastomeric seal or plastic (such as polyethylene) joint in its designed shape and in the correct position. They provide additional resistance support and prevent extrusion of the seal into the housing when it is under pressure. They do not have a sealing function themselves, but support the actual sealing elements. These are available in solid ring, spiral ring or split ring designs, in PTFE with or without filler, NBR or PU, POM, PA, PE, etc

Rotating seals
We are distributors of rotary seals: shaft seals, oil seals, high-pressure seals: for your hydraulic pumps, motors, rotary feeders, couplings, crankshafts and wheel hub applications, etc.

Front seal / V-ring
A V-ring is used to prevent water and/or dirt from entering. The front seal is an elastomer axial seal for rotating shafts and bearings. It rotates with the shaft and seals axially against a stationary counter surface perpendicular to the shaft. This type of seal is widely used for various applications and has proven to be reliable and effective against dust, dirt, water, oil splashes and other media.

Static seals
Static seals are used as auxiliary elements for O-rings. Their main purpose is to prevent the sealing ring from ending up in the space between the two metal parts. Our range includes static seals such as O-rings, D-rings, R-rings, quad rings, square rings, PFS rings and FCS rings. Take a look at our profile list for a complete overview.

Bonded Seal
A bonded seal (also known as a Dowty seal, bonded washer or multiseal) is a static sealing ring.
The metal ring makes it resistant to high pressures and it is used in mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic applications. They are used to seal flange connections, screw couplings, nuts and bolt heads.
The bonded seal consists of a steel outer ring with a permanently vulcanised trapezoidal sealing ring on the inner diameter.
Self-centring bonded seals are also available! The self-centring version has an additional centring rim that centres the seal and holds it in place to prevent leakage. This bonded seal is very easy to install.
METAL RING: made from galvanised steel, aluminium or stainless steel.
RUBBER PART: available in NBR as standard.
For use with chemicals or high temperatures, Viton, silicone or possibly EPDM are good alternatives. The bonded seal is available in inch, BSP, metric, etc.

Hydraulic piston seals
Hydraulic piston seals are located between the piston and the cylinder wall. On the outside, the seal moves linearly and seals against the stationary cylinder wall. A hydraulic piston seal is the seal that is mounted in the piston and must prevent fluid leakage from your cylinder. It must be able to withstand extreme temperatures, high pressure and shear forces inside the cylinder.
Pneumatic piston seals
A pneumatic piston seal is the seal fitted in the piston to prevent gas leakage. These seals are used to prevent the leakage of gases or air. Depending on the application, gaskets are made from materials such as plastic, rubber, cork, graphite or copper, paper, gasket sheet, cotton or metal.

Hunger seals
The elastic elements of the seals are made of wear-resistant polyurethane or special elastomer compounds (NBR, FPM, EPDM, etc.).
Where advantageous and technically feasible, PTFE or PTFE compounds are used in seals or to manufacture complete seals. The use of PTFE can, among other things, increase the service life and efficiency of the equipment.

Cushioning rings
Cushioning rings are used in many hydraulic cylinders where end damping is required. They consist of two vulcanised rings. Cushioning rings reduce noise and vibrations.

ROD seals
Rod seals are usually placed in the head of a cylinder, where the rod leaves the cylinder. They are used in hydraulic cylinders as fluid seals and in pneumatic cylinders as air seals.

Scrapers, dustrings, or wipers
These are mounted in a hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder and ensure that the rod is cleaned of dust, moisture or any form of contamination during the return stroke. They are mainly used in linear dynamic applications. Characteristic features are the elastic scraper lip closure and the optional metal casing.

Guides, guide rings, guide strip:
Guide rings and tape provide resistance to deformation under radial load and drive the piston and rod in the hydraulic/pneumatic device, reducing friction between the moving parts. Without the guide rings, metal contact with the cylinder head would damage the system. Guide rings are used to replace the traditional bronze bushing in hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders in cases of insufficient lubrication. We have guide rings and guide strips available from stock in various materials for different applications.

Custom Solutions
Do you need specific or non-standard seals? We offer tailored solutions in a wide range of materials, with diameters ranging from 10 mm to 3000 mm.
Our machine operates with extreme precision: we input the desired shape, dimensions, and thickness of the seal, and then cut the material with lightning speed and exact precision. Complex shapes are no problem, and every seal perfectly matches the specified requirements. This allows us to deliver consistent quality, time and time again.
Custom, client-specific designs are possible based on a model or bill of materials. We also offer FDA-approved seals specifically for the food industry!
